QUIK-LOC 600 VOLT CONNECTORS

3 or 4 contacts; with or without pilot circuit contacts. #8 AWG through 500 MCM cable. Up to 600 Volts; 625 Amps.
The Quik-Loc Connector was designed for service under the most severe mining conditions. Constructed of resilient neoprene and sturdy neoprene covered alloy castings, it is tough, watertight, corrosion-resistant — practically indestructible.
Watertight
Compression fit of neoprene components and cable hugging grommet provide a moisture-tight seal. Positive water seal between mated connectors is assured by an "0" ring-type seal molded to the connector face. A double seal is provided by neoprene shoulders around each male contact which fit like a cork within the female socket.
Quick Disconnect
Couplers with pin and groove design revolving on low friction ball bearings permit positive engagement or disengagement in just 3/4 turn.
Field Attachable
Quick field assembly requires no special tools. Color coded wiring terminals indicate proper conductor locations. Set screws hold conductors in place; clamps secure protective sleeve over terminal area.
Safe
All metal components are thoroughly insulated from "live" portions of the connector by a barrier of molded neoprene. A reversed ground pin assures positive polarization.
Corrosion Resistant
Molded neoprene components, neoprene covered alloy couplings, stainless steel clamps, and plated brass contacts are unaffected by most chemicals and acids.
