SERIES III LANYARD CONNECTORS
The Copper Interconnect G3L Series of lanyard connectors is another in a long line of advanced, highly reliable, electronic, electromechanical and mechanical connector components from Copper Interconnect. Built on the MIL-C-38999 Series III platform, Copper Interconnect offers a full line of QPL connectors in accordance with D38999/29/30 and /31. In addition, G&H offers a Series IV lanyard connector and can custom design a connector to meet low-force release requirements and special insert patterns.
An environmental connector, the G3L is intended for use in mechanical release applications (MIL-STD-1760), including umbilical release and staging. These connectors employ all the same features as the standard Series III plugs and provide the same high levels of quality, performance and durability.
Copper Interconnect's line of MIL-STD-1760, Type 1 Lanyard Release Connectors, represents superior design and state of the art technology. Designed to meet the functional and operational requirements of today's strategic and multi-role platforms and weapons, our connectors offer reduced separation loads and increased separation angles.
Selected for use on both US Air Force and US Navy Aircraft, Copper Interconnect offers three (3) fully qualified MIL-STD-1760 Connectors, in shell lengths from 1.450 inches to 2.50 inches (see below)
